Engineering notes: three ball-end lengths provide exact finished damper dimensions of 130mm, 125mm, and 123mm to enable fine adjustments to ride height and linkage geometry while maintaining constant spring rate. Oval internal springs reduce cylinder contact points and Delrin spring collars ensure repeatable preload adjustment. Stainless shafts provide corrosion resistance and straightness for consistent stroke.
