Manufactured from solid brass with close tolerance machining, the cover enhances differential assembly stability and maintains gear alignment under torque. The delivery includes one gearbox cover and four stainless steel cap head screws for positive mounting, and the surface is anodised with a colour finish to improve abrasion performance.

Installation follows a straightforward procedure: remove the stock cover, position the brass unit on the existing mounting points, and secure with the supplied 3x25 screws.
