Front and rear gearbox protector

This GPM aftermarket mount set is a precision-formed stainless steel bottom protector designed for the AXIAL SCX24 Deadbolt scale crawler. The parts deliver focused protection to the lower faces of the front and rear gearbox housings to limit ingress from sand and small debris and to absorb light impacts during trail use.

The hardware set includes the protector plates and the fasteners required for installation so no additional parts are needed: Gear Box Protector - 2pcs, Stainless Steel Button Head Screw 1.4x4 - 4pcs, Stainless Steel Button Head Screw 1.4x10 - 4pcs, install mount - 2pcs. All metal parts are stainless steel for corrosion resistance when exposed to air and moisture.

Engineering notes: the plates are intended to mount close to the gearbox bottom and attach to existing chassis points or to the supplied install mounts. Installation uses the included screws; follow standard RC assembly practice for thread engagement and torque to avoid over-stressing plastic or composite housings. The upgrade is defensive in nature, reducing abrasion and rock contact to the gearbox underside while maintaining low profile and minimal effect on vehicle geometry.
