Precision wheel hex adapters for SCX10 II

Engineered for precision fit and durability, these 25mm aluminium wheel hex adapters widen the effective axle width on Axial SCX10 II crawlers. The design suits 4mm threaded wheel shafts and wheels with a 4mm hub bore, delivering a stable track extension for technical crawling.

The retention assembly uses a Delrin centring collar for concentric wheel mounting, an O-ring on one side and a spring-steel retaining ring with dedicated springs and washers on the other to control axial play. A stainless steel cap-head screw clamps the stack and secures the hex to the shaft to maintain torque transfer under high traction loads.

Assembly and setup notes: verify 4mm shaft thread and 4mm wheel bore before installation, check wheel runout and bearing preload after fitting, and confirm clearance to suspension and bodywork. The wider track improves lateral stability but will alter bearing and linkage loads, so inspect bearing seating and steering geometry post-install.
