Confirm motor shaft diameter before fitting; a 3.175mm shaft is required for proper installation.

Installation Procedure for Accurate Fitment

Begin by seating the original gearbox metal plate into its mount. Choose the correct friction disc and position it within the pulley groove, then press the bearing into the central bore. Refit the original metal plate, install the anti-skid spring and secure with the nut. Position the two gears close enough to loop the belt, then fine tune gear spacing to establish correct belt tension.
