Technical Features and Benefits

  • Aluminium 6061 T6 construction offers a high strength to weight ratio suitable for upgrade parts.
  • Spring wire increased from 1.1mm to 1.3mm to reduce coil sag and preserve spring rate under repeated use.
  • Damper shaft diameter increased from 3mm to 5mm and polished to reduce surface friction and deflection.
  • Alloy body fitted with a shock-absorb cap to protect seals and maintain fluid containment.
  • L-shaped piggy back reservoir optimises oil displacement and reduces cavitation for steady damping output.
