Front wheel upgrade engineered for EXO trail performance

This kit provides a matched pair of front tyres with nylon rim frames and alloy 5-star beadlock rings developed for the AXIAL EXO chassis. The design pairs rubber inserts with a reinforced nylon frame and alloy rings to maintain bead security during low-pressure crawling and technical trail work.

Intended as a direct-fit hop-up, the components aim to deliver consistent steering feedback and reduced bead movement under torque and compression. The nylon frames preserve a low rotating mass while the alloy rings concentrate clamping force where bead retention is required most.

Fitting is conventional: remove the original front wheels, place the tyre onto the nylon frame, align the alloy beadlock ring and fasten with the supplied hardware. Use a correct-sized hex driver and torque evenly in stages to avoid rim distortion and ensure uniform bead compression.

A precision-focused front hop-up that balances tyre traction, lightweight nylon framing and alloy beadlock clamping for reliable low-speed trail control.

No trimming is normally required; the set is designed for direct fitment to AXIAL EXO front hubs using standard mounting procedures.
Tighten screws incrementally in a criss-cross pattern and check for even seating; avoid applying excessive torque that could deform the rim or compress the bead unevenly.
Replacement fasteners and ring parts are commonly available as service items; keep an inventory of spare screws for trail maintenance.
Visually confirm even tyre bead contact around the rim after incremental tightening, then test at low pressure on a soft surface to verify there is no slippage.
