The EX052TS is a single-piece steel spur gear with a 52-tooth profile intended for Axial EXO series models, supplied as 1 pc for direct replacement or ratio testing. The 52T specification defines final drive ratio and is used to adjust torque versus top speed when paired with different pinion sizes.

Install the spur using the vehicle's original spur hub hardware, verify axial alignment and correct pinion mesh, then rotate the drivetrain manually to confirm smooth engagement before applying power. Maintain recommended mesh clearance and secure all retaining hardware to avoid slippage or misalignment under load.

For upgrade applications where wear resistance and repeatable gear behaviour are priorities, select the EX052TS and match pinion selection to bias the drivetrain toward crawling torque or higher top speed for bashing. Regular inspection of gear teeth and fasteners will ensure reliable service life.
