This 7075 alloy 20T servo saver is an aftermarket replacement compatible with certain ARRMA 1/16 Mini Kraton and LOSI 1/12 models. CNC-machined from high-strength 7075 aluminium, it keeps mass low while providing stable spline engagement and improved durability. The component features a 20-tooth spline with a 4.7mm diameter to match standard 20T servo outputs.
The saver functions as a shock absorber between the servo output and steering linkage, using a spring to absorb impacts and reduce force transferred to the servo gear. Some SPM servos may fit tightly; align the spline teeth and press down evenly to ensure full mesh before final fitting.
Installation is similar to other small-scale steering replacements: remove the original 20T saver, confirm spline alignment, and press this unit onto the servo shaft until the spline fully seats. Fasteners come pre-assembled and a medium-strength threadlocker is suggested on screws to help prevent vibration loosening.
Intended only for RC model use and not suitable for full-size vehicles.
