This is a performance-focused aftermarket sway bar set developed for the TRAXXAS Unlimited Desert Racer platform to increase roll stiffness using larger diameter stainless rods. The design purpose is axle-level roll control without modifying core suspension geometry.

Technical summary: the sway bars are stainless steel and increase diameter from roughly 2mm to 3.4mm to raise torsional stiffness and influence roll couple. The kit includes a reamer and adjustment hardware to ensure correct hole clearance during installation. Supplied items are 2 pcs sway bar rods plus 1 pcs reamer for hole enlargement.

Installation procedure: carefully ream the chassis or mount locating holes in small increments so the 3.4mm rods pass cleanly. Verify end link alignment and rotational freedom before final clamping to avoid preloading the bar which can introduce binding.

Tuning guidance: raising bar stiffness on a single axle increases roll resistance at that end and shifts weight transfer characteristics; use front/rear swaps to systematically tune understeer and oversteer rather than making large changes to springs or dampers.
