Precision 25T aluminium horn for Trail Crawler steering

This aluminium 25T servo horn is intended as an upgrade for TRX-4 style steering systems, offering a robust metal arm with a built-in compression spring to absorb impact loads before they reach the servo gear. The design preserves the 25T spline interface for direct replacement while adding mechanical compliance to reduce shock transmission.

The assembly kit contains the machined aluminium horn, two stainless 3x12 round head screws, an aluminium collar and a 3mm metal washer. Components are supplied for hobbyist installation; confirm spline and shaft compatibility with the target servo prior to final assembly to ensure correct clamping and alignment.

Installation guidance for TRX-4: because the horn incorporates a spring, the arm thickness is greater than a typical plastic equivalent. When fitting to the stock servo mount, reverse the support tie-rod angle to maintain clearance between the thicker horn body and adjacent chassis components. This orientation preserves the front reverse steering gearbox location while preventing contact in specific stock configurations.
